Key Responsibilities
Counsel students on courses, institutions, and study destinations
Understand students’ academic backgrounds and career goals
Assist with application preparation and admission processes
Provide guidance on visa documentation and procedures
Conduct one-on-one and group counselling sessions
Follow up with prospective students and manage enquiries
Maintain accurate student records and application documentation
Coordinate with global teams for timely application processing
Participate in education fairs, seminars, workshops, and outreach activities
Promote partner institutions and international study opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Strong counselling and advisory skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident spoken and written English, Hindi and Punjabi
Positive organizational and time-management skills
Basic computer skills, including email, spreadsheets, CRM, and online tools
Knowledge of international education and visa processes
Ability to work effectively with global teams and students from diverse backgrounds
Previous experience in overseas education counselling is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; Education, Counselling, Psychology, or related fields are an advantage
