Sr. Business Development Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Business Development Executive with strong experience in IT Sales, Business Development, and Client Management.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with prospective clients, understanding business requirements, preparing proposals, managing follow-ups, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT services and software solutions.
- Identify and engage potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, email, Upwork, referrals, and other channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client business and technology requirements.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and SOWs.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.




- Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, follow-ups, and forecasts.
- Conduct online meetings and presentations with domestic and international clients.
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

Candidate Requirements

- 2 – 4+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- Proven experience selling IT services, SaaS, CRM, ERP, or software solutions.
- Solid communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Experience with international clients is preferred.
- Good knowledge of CRM, B2B sales, and sales pipeline management.
- Experience with LinkedIn, Upwork, email outreach, or cold calling.
- Strong client relationship, proposal, and follow-up skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and focused on revenue growth.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
