Job Title: Sr. Billing Executive

Job Summary:

The National Sports Club of India (NSCI) is looking for an experienced Senior Billing Executive to handle member billing, invoicing, payment collection, accounts receivable, member account support, and billing-related reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Member Billing & Invoicing

- Process daily charges from club outlets, including restaurants, bars, pro shops, spa, and banquet events, and post them to respective member accounts.

2. Payment Collection & Accounts Receivable

- Process payments through credit/debit cards, bank transfers, UPI, cheques, and cash.
- Monitor outstanding member balances and send payment reminders or overdue notices.
- Track aging reports and follow up on delinquent member accounts.
- Coordinate payment plans or collections, as required.

3. Member Support & Query Resolution

- Update member contact details and membership status changes, including account suspensions and activations, in the system.
- Address and resolve member inquiries and disputes regarding charges or statement discrepancies promptly and politely.

4. Reporting

Prepare month-end closing reports, aging reports, revenue summaries, and other billing-related reports.





- Generate, verify, and dispatch monthly member statements and subscription invoices through email, post, or member portals.
- Handle billing for special events, facility rentals such as tennis courts and banquet halls, and guest fees.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- B. Com graduate.
- Preferred Club Experience
