Job Title: Finance

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Head to lead our finance department. The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the organization, managing financial strategies, and ensuring the company's financial health and stability. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, exceptional leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive financial growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's short-term and long-term goals.

· Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

· Monitor and manage the company's financial performance, analyzing financial data and providing strategic recommendations to the executive team.

· Lead and supervise the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure effective and effective financial operations.

· Manage financial risk by evaluating and mitigating potential risks, implementing internal controls, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

· Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for stakeholders, board meetings, and regulatory authorities.

· Conduct financial analysis, assess investment opportunities, and make recommendations for optimizing financial performance and ROI.

· Collaborate with other departments to support strategic initiatives,



evaluate financial impact, and provide financial insights and guidance.

· Establish and maintain relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and external partners/vendors.

· Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve financial processes and strategies.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).

· Proven experience in a start-up ecosystem Minimum 10 -15 years in finance function and at least 5 years in a senior finance role, demonstrating progressive leadership and managerial skills.

· In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, budgeting, and financial analysis.

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and make strategic recommendations.

· Excellent communication skills to present financial information effectively to diverse audiences.

· Leadership abilities with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.

· Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.

· Strong ethics, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
