We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s accounting operations, financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate should be a qualified CA or CMA with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and supervise the accounts team
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial reporting standards
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Monitor cash flow and ensure proper fund management
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Implement and monitor internal financial controls
- Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to management
- Ensure timely closure of accounts and audit completion

Requirements

- Qualified CA (Chartered Accountant)



or CMA (Cost & Management Accountant)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance
- Solid knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and compliance
- Experience in handling audits and statutory requirements
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
