Senior Accountant – BUSY Software

Job Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting in BUSY Accounting Software.

Handle sales, purchase, receipts, payments, journal and ledger entries.

Prepare and maintain GST, TDS and other statutory records.

Perform bank reconciliation and party ledger reconciliation.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare GST returns, TDS workings and support for statutory compliance.

Prepare monthly MIS, trial balance, P&L; and balance sheet schedules.

Verify invoices, expenses, debit/credit notes and supporting documents.

Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, customers and vendors.

Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.

Ensure proper documentation and accuracy of accounting records.

Required Skills

Strong working knowledge of BUSY Software.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS and basic taxation.

Valuable knowledge of Excel / MS Office.

Strong understanding of accounting principles.

Good reconciliation and analytical skills.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
