Advent Group of Companies is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting, statutory compliance, banking and financial documentation across multiple group companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounts using Tally / Tally Prime
- Sales, purchase, receipt, payment and journal entries
- Prepare and manage GST returns and related compliance
- Handle Professional Tax (P-Tax) compliance and returns
- Manage PF & ESI calculations, documentation and statutory filings
- Bank reconciliation and monitoring of company bank accounts
- Accounts receivable and payable management
- Invoice preparation and payment follow-up
- Maintain vendor and client ledgers
- TDS calculation and coordination for returns
- Assist with monthly/quarterly closing of accounts
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks and government authorities when required
- Maintain proper financial records, vouchers and supporting documents
- Generate MIS and basic financial reports for management
- Work with the company's CRM/ERP system and maintain accurate financial/customer records
- Support accounting and compliance requirements of multiple companies under the Advent Group
Required SkillsCandidates should be proficient in Tally Prime, MS Excel and CRM systems and have practical knowledge of GST, TDS, P-Tax, PF, ESI, bank reconciliation and general accounting procedures. Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
Experience: Preferably 2–5 years in Accounts & Finance
Industry: Candidates experienced in handling accounts for multiple companies will be preferred.
