About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Speech Therapist to join our clinic. The therapist will work with children with speech, language, communication, and developmental difficulties and provide individualized assessment and therapy.
Key Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, communication, and feeding/swallowing assessments as appropriate.
Provide individualized speech and language therapy to pediatric clients.
Work with children with speech delay, language delay, articulation difficulties, autism spectrum disorder, developmental delay, ADHD, and other communication difficulties.
Develop individualized therapy goals and treatment plans.
Monitor and document children's progress through regular therapy notes and assessments.
Provide parents/caregivers with home-program recommendations and guidance.
Collaborate with parents and other professionals such as occupational therapists, psychologists, special educators, and developmental pediatricians when required.
Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records
Participate in case discussions and contribute to a child-centered multidisciplinary approach.
