What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment
- Strong experience hiring engineering and technology professionals
- Ability to understand complex technical requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Strong Hiring Manager and stakeholder partnership experience
- Proven end-to-end recruitment experience
- Strong sourcing, pipeline development, and candidate engagement skills
- Ability to provide talent market insights and recruitment recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills are a must
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, global environment
