Having 4 years of Windows Networking Engineer experience in supporting production environment including customer facing or customer support roles
Having Azure domain experiences is a big asset
User Experience UEX o RDS Remote Desktop Services o UI Shell o WMI Script Power shell Etc Printing o Apps AppV UEV Storage High Availability HA Active Directory Fundamentals Robust communications skills
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills Demonstrable troubleshooting skills Crossteam collaboration
