Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud to provide expert technical and functional support for OFSC applications
Work closely with business and IT teams to understand and analyze field service processes Provide technical and functional support for Oracle Field Service Cloud OFSC applications Manage application support tickets and troubleshoot issues related to OFSC Configure OFSC application setups including message scenarios filters routing and plugins Ensure seamless integration of OFSC with other enterprise systems Handle production incidents by diagnosing and resolving OFSC and integration issues Collaborate with interfacing teams to deliver fixes and enhancements Utilize domain knowledge of field service processes to deliver cloudbased solutions Maintain documentation related to configurations issues and resolutions
