Role: Special Educator – Goal Mapping & Content Development

We are looking for an experienced Special Educator to help structure developmental and learning goals.

Key Responsibilities

Define measurable goals across cognitive, communication, social, academic-readiness and daily-living skills.

Break developmental goals into smaller achievable milestones.

Map each goal to structured activities and practice tasks.

Create progressive learning pathways based on different ability levels.

Define observable outcomes for parents and professionals to track.

Ensure activities are practical, engaging and suitable for home implementation.

Collaborate with therapists, product and content teams.

Preferred Profile

Degree/Diploma in Special Education with relevant pediatric experience.

Robust understanding of developmental delays, autism, ADHD, LD and intellectual disabilities.

Experience with IEPs, goal setting and progress tracking preferred.

Ability to simplify professional concepts for parents.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
