Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify senior industry leaders and decision-makers as potential speakers and panellists.
- Reach out through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Invite and engage senior professionals for conferences and panels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with speakers and advisory board members.
- Manage speaker confirmations, follow-ups, session briefs, and event requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth speaker participation.
- Research industry trends and leadership insights to support conference content.

- Strong communication skills — written and verbal.




- Confident speaking with senior professionals.

- Able to manage multiple conversations and follow-ups.

Work Schedule Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
