Key Requirements
- Minimum B2 level Spanish certification is mandatory.
- 1+ year of experience in Spanish language/customer service is preferred.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational shift workplace .
- Willing to work from office at Kharadi, Pune .
Job Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to international credit card services .
- Communicate with customers in Spanish and English through the assigned support channel.
- Resolve customer issues and provide accurate information within defined timelines.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and adhere to process guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of customer interactions.
