Skills and Requirements

- Person should be graduate.

- Typing speed 25 WPM

- Knowledge in Excel and Google Sheet.

- Knowledge of MS office (MS Office/Excel/Outlook)

- Certification in Spanish is must. (A1/A2 B1/B2 C1/C2)

- Prior experience is a value addition.

Fresher will be accepted.

- Day to Day Inbound Call for Support and assistance for Spanish customer.

- Need to perform Outbound calls to verify Location of The appointment.

- Need to Perform outbound call to confirm the applicant/Remote link testing for Teams/Zoom/Goto as per requirements.

- Need to perform outbound calls for Missing documents collection, missing information collection and update the client system as and when needed.

- Able to read/Write and email to Client/PM/Attorneys as and when needed.

- Need to communicate with Attorneys/PM as and When needed.

- Daily meeting with PM/Client.

- Daily update on Slack/Live Sheet or any preferred communication medium as per client requirement.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
