Reports To: Spare Parts Manager / Parts In-Charge

Job Summary The Spare Parts Assistant is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Spare Parts Department, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining automobile spare parts and accessories. The role requires accurate inventory management, proper documentation, and coordination with the Workshop, Service, and other dealership departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive spare parts and accessories from suppliers and verify them against invoices and purchase documents.
- Properly arrange and store spare parts in designated locations.
- Issue spare parts to the Workshop and Service Department as per authorized requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of parts received, issued, returned, and transferred.
- Assist in maintaining stock levels and identifying fast-moving and slow-moving parts.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.




- Ensure proper labeling and identification of spare parts.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, stock records, and other related documents.
- Coordinate with the Spare Parts Manager regarding stock requirements and shortages.
- Assist in handling warranty parts, returns, and defective parts as per dealership procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the parts storage area.
- Follow dealership and Maruti Suzuki guidelines for parts handling and inventory management.
- Support periodic stock audits and reconciliation activities.
- Provide timely support to the Workshop and Service Advisors for parts availability.

Qualification
- Minimum Plus Two / Diploma qualification.
- Automobile / Mechanical qualification will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
