Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional body massages and spa treatments according to established procedures.

- Consult with guests to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments.

- Provide treatments such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Balinese, Thai and other relevant therapies based on training and certification.

- Maintain a clean, hygienic and relaxing treatment setting.

- Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, towels, oils and other required materials.

- Follow all health, hygiene and safety standards.

- Maintain guest privacy, comfort and professional boundaries at all times.

- Handle guests courteously and provide excellent customer service.

- Explain treatment procedures and after-care recommendations to guests.

- Maintain proper records of treatments and products used.

- Promote appropriate spa packages and additional services when required.

- Coordinate with the reception/front-office team regarding appointments and guest requirements.





- Ensure treatment rooms are properly cleaned and prepared between appointments.

- Ability to understand and follow hygiene and safety procedures.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays.

- Basic knowledge of different massage oils, products and their applications.

Qualifications

- Certification/Diploma in Spa Therapy, Beauty & Wellness, Massage Therapy or a related field is preferred.

- Freshers with relevant training/certification may also apply.

- Previous experience in a reputed spa, salon, wellness centre or hotel will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,967.82 - ₹39,225.41 per month
