Key Responsibilities

- Develop 3D piping models using SP3D / Smart 3D (S3D) or Cadworx based on P&IDs;, line lists and project requirements.
- Perform piping routing and layout modelling considering equipment connections, accessibility and maintainability.
- Interpret P&IDs;, line lists, equipment layouts and engineering inputs.
- Extract and check piping isometric drawings from 3D models.
- Extract Piping GA (General Arrangement) drawings using S3D Drafting tools.
- Perform piping model checking against P&IDs;, line lists and project specifications.
- Model primary and secondary piping supports based on engineering inputs and support markups.
- Generate Material Take-Offs (MTOs) from 3D models.
- Review and resolve model review comments, clashes and design discrepancies.
- Perform QA/QC checks of piping models and deliverables.
- Coordinate with engineering/project teams to incorporate design changes.
- Use AutoCAD for 2D drafting and drawing-related activities.
- Use Navisworks for model review and coordination.
- Ensure drawings and models comply with project standards and client requirements.

Required Skills




- Experience: 3+ Years
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering
- Hands-on experience in SP3D / Smart 3D (S3D), AutoCAD Plant3d, Cadworx – Piping.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Robust experience in 3D Piping Modelling and Routing.
- Good understanding of P&ID; interpretation and Line Lists.
- Experience in Piping Isometric and GA Drawing extraction.
- Knowledge of Piping MTO.
- Exposure to Piping Supports modelling.
- Experience with Navisworks for model review.
- Exposure to Oil & Gas / Plant Engineering projects.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Contract Details
- Contract Duration: 6 Months Extendable as per project requirements
- Immediate / Short Notice candidates preferred
