- 3-8 years of experience in software development, specifically in the networking domain.

- Solid proficiency in C/C++ programming in a Linux environment.

- Experience with SONiC (Software for Open Networking in the Cloud) or similar open-source network operating systems (e.g., OpenSwitch, Cumulus).

- Deep understanding of the SONiC architecture, including the containerized infrastructure and its internal modules (e.g., swss, syncd, teamd, etc.).

- Strong knowledge of L2/L3 networking concepts, including routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching, VLANs, and link aggregation.

- In-depth knowledge of Linux networking (e.g., netlink, tc, bridge, iptables) and the Linux kernel stack.

- Experience in developing and debugging on hardware switch platforms (e.g., Broadcom, Mellanox) and using SAI (Switch Abstraction Interface).

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and scripting languages like Python, Go, or Shell for automation and testing.
