Create visually robust, concept-driven designs that communicate ideas effectively

Demonstrate a robust sense of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy across all outputs
n
Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand identity
n
Develop versatile design solutions across different formats and use cases
n
Collaborate with internal teams to bring ideas to life with clarity and precision
n
Iterate quickly while maintaining a high standard of design quality
n
Stay updated with design trends and tools,
and apply them thoughtfully

nPreferred Qualifications
n
n
2+ year of experience in graphic design (can be overlooked if you have a solid portfolio)
n
A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across styles and formats
n
Proficiency in Photoshop or Illustrator, and Figma (non-negotiable)
n
Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
n
Ability to take ownership and deliver independently
n

nAdditional Preferences

Experience working with brand guidelines or structured design systems
n
Ability to explore and experiment with AI tools in the design workflow
n
Strong articulation of design decisions, the ability to explain the “why”
n
Someone who is constantly learning and actively pushing their design skills
