BACKEND DEVELOPER Location: India/UAE | Full time | In office Graystone Capital is building a secure, scalable AI-powered internal CRM and automation ecosystem. We are hiring a Backend Developer to architect and develop the core infrastructure powering our systems.
Key Responsibilities - Design and build scalable backend architecture
Develop APIs and microservices
Integrate CRM, ERP, financial systems, and AI engines
Optimize database performance
Ensure data security and system reliability Required Skills - Robust experience in Python / Node.Js / Java
Experience with PostgreSQL / MySQL
API design and integration expertise
Cloud deployment (AWS / Azure preferred)
