Owning up media planning and delivery for key account

Day to day client servicing, optimization of on-going campaigns and coordinating between the client and internal teams

Manage the day-to-day implementation, optimization, and performance of on-going campaigns. Assist in strategic analysis of campaigns

Manage day-to-day client interaction along with the final plan presentation to the client
N
Owning up brand and individual KPI's to drive business goals
N
To supervise and designmedia plans using appropriate media tools.
N
To create culture of innovation and have all contribute to creative media solutions.
N
To proactively provide inputs/ directions to client and be responsive for client needs
N
Facilitate development of team members through on –the-job coaching and initiate developmental training.

To ensure smooth team functioning and timely resolution of team conflicts
