We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Hindi Telecaller to handle outbound calls, communicate with potential customers in Hindi, explain our products or services, follow up on leads, and generate appointments or sales opportunities. The candidate should have excellent spoken Hindi, valuable communication skills, a polite and skilled approach, and basic computer knowledge. The role also involves maintaining customer details, updating follow-up records, and achieving daily calling and lead conversion targets.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead generation will be an added advantage.
