Head of Business Development & Sales, Formulation Business!

Role Purpose

Drive business development and sales for company's pharmaceutical formulations, with a primary focus on North Africa, MENA and European markets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute BD and sales strategy for assigned international markets.
Identify current customers, partners, distributors and business opportunities.
Build and manage relationships with pharmaceutical companies and key stakeholders.
Drive product registrations, licensing/distribution opportunities and commercial partnerships.
Manage the complete business development cyclefrom lead generation and negotiations to closure and revenue realization.




Conduct market and competitor analysis and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
Work closely with regulatory, supply chain, technical and commercial teams to ensure timely execution.

Candidate Profile
Senior pharma BD / international sales qualified with strong experience in formulations / finished dosage products.
Proven exposure to North Africa, MENA and/or European markets.
Solid network with pharmaceutical companies, distributors and partners in these geographies.
Experience in business development, negotiations, licensing and commercial closures.
Strong commercial orientation with demonstrated ownership of revenue targets.
Typically 12 to 18+ years of relevant pharmaceutical experience.
