The Role

Were looking for a Head of Content to own TETRs global content and social media engine across platforms, markets, and audiences.

What You'll Do:
Own the overall content and social strategy across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
Lead the Creative, Content, Video, YouTube, and Production functions.
Build scalable content formats, IPs, and storytelling around students, founders, faculty, businesses, and the TETR experience.
Drive organic growth through robust hooks, storytelling, retention, and platform-native content.
Build and lead a high-performing creative and content team.
Use content performance and audience insights to continuously improve the strategy.

What We're Looking For:
10+ years in content, creative, social, digital media, entertainment, or related fields.
Proven experience building or scaling content/social functions.
Robust understanding of social platforms, content trends, audience behaviour, and storytelling.
Experience leading creative/content teams.
Robust creative instinct combined with a data-driven approach.
Agency and/or brand experience preferred.
