Core Target
Build a system capable of generating 1,000+ qualified organic leads every month.
Responsibilities
Create and lead the organic growth strategy
Build content acquisition funnels
Lead SEO and social media growth
Develop high-intent content campaigns
Establish lead-generation systems
Analyse marketing data and customer behaviour
Identify and scale high-performing channels
Set monthly growth targets and KPIs
Build processes and a high-performing marketing function
We are looking for a strategic thinker who can also execute. This is a results-oriented position. The focus is not simply on publishing content, but on building a predictable organic lead-generation engine.
Pay: ₹24,087.78 - ₹87,978.86 per month
