NRole Summary: We are looking for an aggressive, result-driven Sales Manager to aggressively expand our B2B footprint in Mumbai. You will own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting corporate decision-makers (HR, Admin, Procurement) to closing high-value corporate rate contracts and managing strategic accounts.

NKey Responsibilities:

Drive end-to-end B2B sales cycles targeting mid-to-large enterprises, MNCs, and SMEs for corporate accommodations and MICE solutions.

Identify, pitch, and secure recent corporate accounts through cold outreach, networking, and structured meetings.
N
Manage and grow existing key accounts, maximizing wallet share and driving repeat business.
N
Draft competitive commercial proposals,



negotiate contract terms, and close RFPs effectively.
N
Collaborate closely with operations and reservation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired clients.
N
Maintain a robust salespipeline and achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.

nCandidate Profile & Experience:

Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven B2B enterprise/institutional sales experience.
N
Preferred Background: Candidates with prior experience in Corporate Travel Management (TMCs), Hospitality Sales, Co-working Space Leasing, Business Hotels, or Corporate Real Estate will be given first preference.

Skills: Robust negotiation, networking, and presentation skills with an established network of corporate Admin/HR contacts in Mumbai.

Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required).
