Overview

As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in empowering System Integrator Partners to design and deliver cutting-edge agentic transformation experiences using a wide range of Microsoft technologies. This role focuses on architecture consultations, guiding partners in choosing the right technologies, creating with them and coaching them on designing the right architecture for Multi Agentic solutions acting as their trusted advisors and unblocking any issues they have as they build Agents on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, utilizing Copilot APIs or integrate solutions through Visual Studio.

You will act as a trusted advisor, helping partners navigate Microsofts diverse platforms and frameworks that enable Agent creation and deployment, including:

- Copilot Studio – for building custom Copilot experiences tailored to business workflows.
- Microsoft 365 Agents SDK – for extending productivity scenarios with intelligent agents.
- Scout, Work IQ and CoWork- for extended productivity scenarios
- Azure AI and Cognitive Services – for advanced AI capabilities and integration.
- Power Platform – for low-code/no-code solutions that accelerate agent development.
- Visual Studio and .NET – for robust, enterprise-grade customizations and extensions.
- Copilot APIs that allow developers to integrate Copilot’s AI capabilities into custom applications, workflows, and agents—securely and in compliance with enterprise standards

Responsibilities

- Support and guide Partners in building their Agents Advisory practices and designing, building and deploying sophisticated agents for their Enterprise Customers utilizing Copilot Studio, Power Platform, M365 Agents SDK, and Copilot APIs
- Provide architectural trainings/camps per partner/per category/per region when needed
- Provide architectural guidance and advice to proactively help System integrators as the build customer solutions to avoid issues, while removing roadblocks when encountered.
- Help improve the platform by identifying product gaps and representing the voice of the customer within the Product team.
- Help scale the platform by regularly publishing white papers, blogs, best practice guidance, videos, and tools, to help others in the community learn from your expertise.




- Work closely with the Microsoft sales field, partners, CSAs, services, operations, customer success teams to help drive overall success for the System Integrator Partners and Microsoft.

Requirement

Skills: Technical Depth and Expertise in AI, with Microsoft Product s - Agents on Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Agents SDK, utilizing Copilot APIs or integrate solutions through Visual Studio., Good Communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with partners.
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated work experience in a software development, consulting, customer success and software delivery business.
- Applicants must be comfortable with ambiguity and self-learners who are able to make decision and keep making progress with minimal guidance.
- Strong communication skills both oral and written. Candidates need to be equally comfortable having conversation with C-level execs, as they are with makers, developers, architects, partners, and sales teams.
- Strong project management, problem solving and negotiating skills, with proven ability to handle difficult and sensitive situations involving the most critical and politically charged customer situations.
- Strong leadership acumen, with ability to influence others and ensure results.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science OR equivalent work experience
