Job Summary

We're looking for a Lead Solution Architect, Oracle Cloud HCM to own the end-to-end architecture and design integrity of complex, high-value HCM transformation programs, including AI-enhanced solutions.

You'll be the recognized HCM subject matter expert who shapes solution strategy, guides design decisions, mentors architects and consultants, and makes sure what is designed is what gets delivered. You'll work closely with delivery, client leadership, and Oracle product teams to reduce risk and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM architectures across Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Workforce Management
- Translate business requirements into solution blueprints, target-state process models, and configuration strategies
- Define integration architecture (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP APIs, OIC, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems), data migration strategy, and security and role design
- Build reusable solution accelerators, industry templates, and reference architectures on Oracle Cloud HCM

Implementation Leadership & Governance

- Own the solution architecture across the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery and fit-gap through design, build, test, deployment, and hypercare
- Lead fit-gap analysis and drive design decisions, including configuration vs. extension trade-offs
- Serve as the technical and functional escalation point, protecting design intent through delivery
- Establish solution governance: design authority forums, architecture reviews, and change control




- Represent the solution in steering committees and stakeholder reviews

Pre-Sales & Client Advisory

- Support strategic pursuits with solution strategy, effort and risk assessment, and technical sections of complex RFP/RFI responses
- Run executive workshops and architecture discussions, translating technical solutions into business outcomes
- Build high-impact demos and POCs that show measurable ROI

Emerging Technology: Agentic AI & Redwood

- Architect solutions that integrate Oracle Cloud HCM with Gen AI and Agentic AI capabilities (intelligent process automation, conversational HR assistants, AI-driven talent and workforce insights)
- Guide Oracle Redwood adoption, including UI/UX, personalization, and change and adoption planning
- Advise clients on Oracle's AI and Redwood roadmap and how to sequence adoption

Team Leadership & Enablement

- Mentor solution architects, functional leads, and consultants on design standards and best practices
- Drive quality through design reviews, peer reviews, and reusable knowledge assets
- Collaborate with Oracle product management and the partner ecosystem on roadmap alignment and co-innovation

Required Skills & Experience





- Deep functional and architectural expertise across Oracle Cloud HCM: Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, Time & Labor, Recruitment, and Workforce Management
- Proven track record as a lead or architect on multiple full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or large-scale transformation programs, with named projects and clear ownership
- Strong command of integration, data migration, security, and reporting/analytics (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, OIC)
- Ability to design and speak credibly to solutions integrating Oracle Cloud HCM with Gen AI and Agentic AI
- Hands-on exposure to Oracle Redwood (UI, personalization, adoption)
- Experience leading fit-gap analysis, solution governance, and design authority forums
- Robust communication and storytelling skills, able to explain architecture to both technical and executive audiences
- Strong stakeholder management across client leadership, delivery, sales, and product teams
- Ability to build and deliver demos and POCs with measurable outcomes
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as needed

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Multi-country or global HCM rollouts, including compliance and localization
- Thought leadership in HCM transformation, such as speaking engagements or published POVs
- Working knowledge of commercial structuring, deal shaping, and SaaS partnership models
- Experience partnering with Oracle product management or the partner ecosystem on roadmap and co-innovation
- Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (e.g., Implementation Professional, Cloud Foundations/AI)
