Job Overview





Role summary Leads solution design and develops architectural recommendations across all three delivery teams, and is the program's single point of accountability for architecture decisions and engineering-standard compliance.

Key responsibilities

- Lead solution design and architectural recommendations across all delivery teams
- Prepare technical proposals and supporting rationale for the client's technical and product leadership
- Ensure architectural consistency and engineering-standard compliance across all three teams
- Present recommendations for the client's cooperative review and final approval
- Chair the mandatory end-of-Sprint-1 architecture review checkpoint and subsequent monthly reviews

Required skills & experience
- 16+ years of software architecture experience, including enterprise-scale Agentic AI, RAG or knowledge-graph platforms
- Recognized design authority for architecture decisions and engineering-standard compliance across a multi-team program
- Proven experience as a named design authority on a multi-team program of comparable scale
- Strong executive and cross-functional stakeholder communication
- Experience delivering in governed / regulated environments; pharma or life-sciences experience preferred
- Working familiarity with AWS, Python/FastAPI, LangGraph, and RAG/GraphRAG Agentic AI, Gen AI architectures

Preferred qualifications
- Named design-authority experience on a healthcare or life-sciences AI platform




- Experience presenting architecture recommendations directly to client executive/technical leadership

Education B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; AWS/Azure Solutions Architect certification preferred.

Estimated Pay Range: Exact compensation and offers of employment are dependent on circumstances of each case and will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, licenses or certifications, and location.
