- Provide technical and functional support for financial software.

- Handle client queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions.

- Assist clients with software implementation, configuration.

- Coordinate with the development team to resolve software-related issues.

- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements

- Experience in NBFC, Nidhi Company, or Co-operative Society operations or software support.

- Basic knowledge of financial transactions, loan management, deposits, and accounting.

- Ability to handle client support independently.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
