About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated Software Sales Associate to support business growth by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and introducing suitable software solutions. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales, business development, inside sales, customer engagement, or client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct introductory calls, product discussions, and online meetings.
- Follow up with leads and nurture opportunities throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.




- Contribute towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on products, services, and market trends.

Requirements
- 1-4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales, Customer Engagement, Client Relations, or Software Sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with international clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
- Comfortable working in the US Shift.
