Real Time Applications Center (RTAC) is looking for a Software Engineer to join our engineering team in Kolhapur .

You'll work on software products and business applications across Banking & Finance and other enterprise domains , including web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and backend systems.

What You'll Do

- Develop and maintain web and mobile applications .
- Build software solutions for banking and financial products .
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and enterprise systems.
- Work with databases and third-party integrations.
- Write clean, scalable, production-ready code.
- Debug issues and improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with QA, Product, UI/UX,



and engineering teams.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid understanding of OOP, Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns .
- Experience with web and/or mobile application development .
- Hands-on experience with APIs, databases, and integrations.
- Knowledge of Git, testing, debugging, and CI/CD.
- Experience with any modern programming language/framework.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with banking, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus.
