: Sr. Software Engineer –Embedded Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Firmware Engineer with hands-on experience in C coding, BLE, Wi-Fi, Microcontrollers, Serial Communication - SPI/I2C. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing firmware. The candidate should have a strong background in developing embedded systems and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality firmware solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and test BLE-enabled embedded systems.
- Work with other engineers to integrate BLE into existing systems.
- Develop and maintain BLE software and firmware.
- Analyse and troubleshoot BLE problems.
- Work with customers to define and implement BLE requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest BLE technologies.
- Design, implement, test,



and maintain embedded firmware/software for

multiple chipset variants/platforms(boards)
- Technical lead develops teams
- Technical interface with Customer/Platform/Validation teams
- Triaging of issues, debug, and fix issues

Requirements:
- Bluetooth Protocol Knowledge.
- Bluetooth Link controller development, Radio interface resource manager.
- Bluetooth Classic and BLE - Domain Expert.
- Design, develop, and test BLE-enabled embedded systems.
- Work with other engineers to integrate BLE into existing systems.
- Develop and maintain BLE software and firmware.
- Analyse and troubleshoot BLE problems.
- Work with customers to define and implement BLE requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest BLE technologies.

Skills and competencies needed.

- Interfaces/ Communication protocols: BLE, Wi-Fi, SPI, I2C, USB, SDIO, UART,

Ethernet
- Processor architecture: ARM, MIPS, intel
- Processors: STM32 series, TI Processors, NXP processors, Qualcomm etc.
- OS: Bare metal, RTOS, Linux.
- Exposure to Threads, Semaphores, Mutexes, Basic networking TCP/UDP socket

communication
- Programming languages: C (mandatory)/C++

- Positive SW debugging skills
- SW development/ configuration tools: STM32Cube, STM32 IDE, GIT/SVN
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Must Have

- BLE, Microcontrollers, Serial Communication - SPI/I2C protocols, Hands-on C

programming experience
- IOT Experience.

- B.E/M Tech (E&C;, E&E;, Computer Science)
