We are looking for experienced Software Development Engineers (SDE 2 / SDE 3) to design, develop, and scale high-performance software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java/Python, MongoDB, distributed systems, and data structures & algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop scalable, reliable, and high-performance software solutions.

- Work extensively with Java and/or Python for backend development.

- Design and optimize distributed systems and large-scale applications.

- Develop and maintain data models and applications using MongoDB.

- Apply strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to solve complex technical problems.

- Participate in system design, code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:

- 510 years of software development experience.





- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.

- Good understanding of Distributed Systems, scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance.

- Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms.

- Hands-on experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and system design.

- Experience building scalable backend services and APIs.

- Valuable problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred:

- Experience working on large-scale or high-traffic products.

- Knowledge of microservices and cloud platforms.

- Experience with performance tuning and distributed data processing.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
