We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive to join a premium designer brand.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and social media
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales
Build and maintain solid customer relationships
Provide product details, pricing and order information
Coordinate with the design, production and delivery teams
Maintain customer and sales records
Achieve assigned sales targets
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Sales/customer handling experience preferred
Interest in fashion, luxury or designer products is an advantage
Robust follow-up and convincing skills
Presentable, proactive and target-oriented
Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
