HR Recruitment Executive – Retail
Handle end-to-end recruitment for retail stores.
Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, and joining formalities.
Manage bulk hiring and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Coordinate with Store Managers and HR teams for manpower requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline.
Requirements: Graduate with 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in retail/high-volume hiring. Positive communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
