About the Role

We are hiring an HR Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team and handle bulk recruitment for Sales, BDE, Telecalling, and Field Sales positions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and bulk hiring.
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, Apna, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Coordinate interviews, selection, offers, documentation, and joining.
Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

Requirements
Graduate / BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification.
1–3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
Experience in Sales, BDE, Telecalling,



or Field Sales hiring is an advantage.
Good English communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid candidate-handling, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, organized, and comfortable with bulk hiring.
