Mark18 is a youth marketing agency based in Recent Delhi. We help brands reach college students and Gen Z audiences across India through campus activations, student ambassador programs, influencer marketing and creator-led campaigns. Our network includes 1,000+ campus creators across 500+ colleges, and we have delivered 50+ campaigns for brands including Campa Energy, SkyJumper and Fixderma.
About This Role In this internship, you will manage creator partnerships for live brand campaigns, from identifying the right creators to ensuring every deliverable goes live on time. The role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, speed and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities (including, not restricted to)
Identify and shortlist creators on Instagram and YouTube based on campaign objectives, audience fit and engagement
Reach out to creators via Instagram DM, WhatsApp and email, and onboard them onto campaigns
Share campaign briefs and negotiate deliverables, timelines and commercials
Review content drafts to ensure they match the brand brief before publishing
Follow up with creators to ensure all deliverables are published on schedule
Track live posts, links,
views and engagement in campaign trackers and support client reporting
Build and maintain Mark18's creator database across cities and content categories
Coordinate with the team to ensure creators are paid on time
Skills Required
Strong understanding of Instagram, creator culture and current content trends
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple creators at the same time
Working knowledge of Google Sheets
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Candidate
Currently pursuing a degree in any discipline; freshers can apply
Active on Instagram with a valuable understanding of creators in your city
Prior experience in influencer outreach or creator management is a plus
