About the Role

We’re looking for a hardcore sales hunter who can build a new business pipeline from scratch and sell technology, digital and professional services to international clients.

What You'll Do
Drive pure hunting & new business development
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline from scratch
Prospect international accounts through cold calling, LinkedIn, email and other channels
Identify and engage CXOs, Founders and senior decision-makers
Sell technology, digital, design and consulting services
Own prospects from prospecting through qualification and closure
Use Claude, ChatGPT and AI tools for account research, prospect identification, personalised outreach and pipeline generation

What We're Looking For




3+ years of hardcore B2B hunting / recent business sales
Strong international selling experience
Experience selling technology / IT / digital / skilled services
Strong tech understanding and ability to speak with technology stakeholders
Proven track record of building pipeline from zero
Excellent cold outreach, communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience using Claude + AI tools for sales prospecting and pipeline building
Strong startup mindset — proactive, target-driven and comfortable with ambiguity

GCC selling experience
Enterprise technology / IT services sales
International B2B service selling
Experience selling to US, UK, Europe, Middle East or APAC markets

The biggest filter: We want someone who is not just an AI user but has actually used Claude + AI tools to build and scale their sales pipeline.
