Sales manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of Sales Executives.
Generate Home Loan business through open market sourcing and multiple channels.
Build and maintain relationships with channel partners (Builders, DSAs, etc.) to drive business and retention.
Plan and execute sales activities and loan events in coordination with the Cluster
Head.
Ensure maximum lead conversion and disbursement of sourced files.
Provide in-house and on-field training to team members.
Handle product queries, customer service issues, and compliance requirements.
Monitor team performance to achieve revenue and regional business targets.
Ensure adherence to regulatory and legal guidelines.
Undertake additional assignments as directed by management
