Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities and discipline of hostel residents.
Monitor attendance, cleanliness, safety and hostel rules.
Coordinate hostel maintenance and housekeeping activities.
Report and follow up on maintenance issues.
Maintain hostel records and prepare daily/monthly activity reports.
Handle resident concerns and coordinate with HR/Admin.
Ensure proper upkeep and smooth functioning of the hostel.
