Manage the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and Onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
Conduct induction and onboarding for current employees.
Maintain daily attendance records for plant employees.

Required Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in sales or related domains. Robust understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized approach to candidate management and documentation.
