We are looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage HR operations at our manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, manpower planning, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Handle attendance, leave, shifts, overtime, and payroll coordination.
Manage PF, ESIC, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other labour compliances.
Handle employee grievances, discipline, and shop-floor employee relations.
Coordinate with Production and other departments for manpower requirements.
Maintain HR MIS, employee records, and statutory registers.
Support employee engagement and performance management activities.

Candidate Profile:
Any Graduate.
13 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
Positive knowledge of labour laws, PF, ESIC, payroll, and factory HR operations.
Robust communication and employee-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day HR activities.

Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
