Codes For Tomorrow is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic HR Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the IT industry. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical, HR, and final interview rounds.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave records,
and employee-related queries.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Assist in performance management and employee feedback processes.
Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
Handle exit formalities and employee separation documentation.
Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in the IT/Software industry.
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of IT recruitment and HR operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
