Position: HR Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Employment Type: Full time
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other channels.
Conduct initial candidate calls and coordinate interviews.
Manage interview scheduling and follow-ups.
Handle onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and day-to-day HR operations.
Handle employee queries and coordinate with internal teams.




Assist in employee engagement and workplace initiatives.
Work closely with management to understand and fulfil hiring requirements.

What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in HR/recruitment.
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive candidate sourcing and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working with LinkedIn, Naukri, MS Office/Google Workspace, and recruitment tools.
Positive attitude with robust ownership and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and deadlines.
