Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities for our restaurant company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding, documentation, and general HR operations across our restaurant teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring for restaurant and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, walk-ins, and other channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with management.
Manage the joining and onboarding process for recent employees.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and required documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, employee information, and HR databases.
Coordinate with restaurant managers regarding staffing requirements and manpower planning.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
Coordinate with management regarding salary inputs, incentives, deductions, and other payroll-related information.
Ensure proper communication of company policies, rules, and procedures to employees.
Assist with performance reviews, employee engagement activities, and retention initiatives.
Handle employee exit formalities,



including resignation documentation and full & final coordination.
Support compliance with company HR policies and applicable labour regulations.
Prepare regular HR reports related to recruitment, attendance, manpower, and employee turnover.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, retail, or service industry.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong recruitment and candidate-handling skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and HR activities simultaneously.
Should be proactive, organized, and comfortable coordinating with restaurant staff and management.
Willingness to visit restaurant locations when required.

What We Offer
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on experience and skills.
