Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
Manage HR operations, attendance, leave and employee records.
Handle payroll, PF, ESIC, LOP and statutory compliance.
Manage employee performance, KRA/KPI and appraisals.
Conduct onboarding, training and employee engagement.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
Prepare HR MIS and manage HR documentation.
Lead and manage the HR team
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
