We are looking for an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring activities while also supporting day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have valuable sourcing skills, strong communication abilities, and the capability to manage multiple recruitment requirements effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand job requirements and prepare/update job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate technical/management interviews with the respective departments.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and joining dates with selected candidates.
Coordinate offer release, documentation, and joining formalities.
Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure smooth joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring status reports.
Develop and maintain a database of suitable candidates.

HR Generalist Responsibilities




Support employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist with attendance, leave, and HR-related queries.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Handle employee communication and coordinate with different departments on HR matters.
Support performance management and other HR initiatives as required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.

Required Skills

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR documentation.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Knowledge of basic HR policies and practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
