JioWW Global is hiring an experienced Study Visa Counsellor to guide students through their overseas education options and application process.
Responsibilities
Speak with enquiries, understand students’ education backgrounds and recommend suitable courses and destinations.
Explain admission, documentation and visa requirements clearly.
Follow up with leads, arrange consultations and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Coordinate with the admissions and documentation team to track applications.
Meet agreed counselling and enrolment targets.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in study visa or overseas education counselling.
Positive knowledge of student admission and visa processes.
Robust communication and follow-up skills.
Comfortable speaking with students and parents in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
